Terms & Conditions - Cancellation Policy

Southern Right Lodge is entitled to debit a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation charge against your credit card account upfront to your date of arrival. Some booking portals are asking for a higher deposit (i.e. 30%). Relating to that procedure the relevant sections of their terms & conditions apply. We will send you an e-mail with our booking form/authority to debit or you can book online via the Nightsbridge online booking form. Your booking will be valid by returning our filled in booking form/authority to debit by fax or by submitting your credit card details online via the Nightsbridge online booking form (will establish a valid authority to debit as well) and by receiving the booking confirmation. The validity of your booking will be in question if the deposit can't be charged against your credit card account. In that case we are going to contact you again.

The full amount of the accommodation charge for the entire period of the stay is due on date of arrival. With the exception of the deposit your card account will not be debited until your announced date of arrival, but please note that a non-refundable amount of min. 25% of the accommodation charge for the period above remains debited or will be debited to your card account unless you cancel your reservation at least 29 days ahead of your arrival date. 0 to 7 days prior to arrival date: 100 % *

8 to 14 days prior to arrival date: 75 % *

15 to 21 days prior to arrival date: 50 % *

22 to 28 days prior to arrival date: 25 % *

Your deposit will be refunded within 3 working days if you cancel your booking in time. Delays may occur due to holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances. - Please note - that some booking portals are setting up their own refund policy. The relevant sections of their terms & conditions apply alternatively or in addition.

By faxing the authority to debit or by submitting your credit card details via the Nightsbridge online booking form you are authorizing Peter Findeisen, registered Merchant of Capitec Bank Limited Card Services & Member of Southern Dream Lodge c.c. t/a Southern Right Lodge, to debit your credit card account by following the above mentioned conditions.

Bookings/Reservations are subject to availability. Southern Right Lodge reserves the right to cancel bookings/reservations due to unforeseen circumstances and is entitled to make alternative arrangements on behalf of the customer instead. Act of God doesn't create any claims or rights against Southern Right Lodge.
