Congratulation Hermanus Municipality!

I'm sure that it is an important award and concrete manufacturers are very honourable people, but why are you not proud of taking on a Whale Sponsorship with i.e. the World Wide Fund for Nature (World Wildlife Fund)?

Ask residents upfront if you can't afford it or if you have to increase rates & taxes for that. I'm quite sure that even Guest House Owners like me will make a donation.
